We offer an Ozempic treatment in our Agoura Hills, CA clinic under the supervision of Physician Dr. Michael Rankin MD, board-certified in internal medicine, and Kristina Dino, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Functional Medicine.

While we recommend in-person visits when possible, we do offer remote appointments and can ship injections for those who are a qualified candidate for Ozempic.

When I inquired about medications for weight loss I was warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately assisted. There was no pressure of using their services, instead every question I had was answered. The decision was made and I decided to try the terzipitide. I easily needed to lose 25 lbs. I started off at the lowest dose for a month, then with the help you get from the amazing staff (which is invaluable), I’ve slowly gone up in strength of the medication, my last dose was 7.5mg. I’m on my 15th week and honestly I have never seen 27lbs just fall off so effortlessly. It works that’s all I can say, it really works.

I highly recommend Lifestyle Health Services… I’m on my 3 month there and it’s working like a charm. I feel great and so many of my friends can really see a difference. Annie is awesome she always helps me with scheduling , even when I need to change my appointment last minute Annie is always on top of it. When I first started doing research about weight loss shots and medical spas, there was so many sites not willing to be upfront about the cost. Lifestyle health services was the first to layout all out and I appreciated the straightforwardness. I originally told myself that I would go in once a month, ask for my shots in advance to be done at home, but as I got to know the staff I love going in for my weekly appointment. Nurse Nicole is wonderful, very personable and is always ready to answer any questions I might have. The receptionist Annie is the best! She has been most generous with her time and understanding if I've had to change an appointment last minute or even come later in the day. I consider them my ladies! The office is very accommodating and I would and have recommended this office and service to anyone asking how I have lost so much weight this past year.

Kristina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in 2023. She has been a registered nurse since 2016 with a diverse background in the operating room and aesthetics/integrative medicine. Kristina specializes in treatments including intravenous infusions, vitamin therapy, PRP injections, and hydrafacials. She has a passion for helping people lead healthier lives and her interests are rooted in preventive care and believes in a whole-person approach to medical care.
