On this particular visit, I went in for a hydration IV, and staff could not have been more accommodating. There was a sale going on, so the price was very reasonable if not a bargain! The room was comfortable, with snacks and TV and the chairs Were super cozy with a nice soft blanket. I don’t know what more one could expect. Nicole, Erika and Christina always go out of their way with five star service.

This place is wonderful. Nurse Nicole in particular is a delight! She is super attentive and thorough, she really takes the time to ask questions and give you information. I always feel seen and cared for.

When I inquired about medications for weight loss I was warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately assisted. There was no pressure of using their services, instead every question I had was answered. The decision was made and I decided to try the terzipitide. I easily needed to lose 25 lbs. I started off at the lowest dose for a month, then with the help you get from the amazing staff (which is invaluable), I’ve slowly gone up in strength of the medication, my last dose was 7.5mg. I’m on my 15th week and honestly I have never seen 27lbs just fall off so effortlessly. It works that’s all I can say, it really works.

I highly recommend Lifestyle Health Services… I’m on my 3 month there and it’s working like a charm. I feel great and so many of my friends can really see a difference. Annie is awesome she always helps me with scheduling , even when I need to change my appointment last minute Annie is always on top of it. Nicole is amazing too, she really asks me questions about my needs how I’m feeling and always has great suggestions that help me get to the results I want. When I first started doing research about weight loss shots and medical spas, there was so many sites not willing to be upfront about the cost. Lifestyle health services was the first to layout all out and I appreciated the straightforwardness. I originally told myself that I would go in once a month, ask for my shots in advance to be done at home, but as I got to know the staff I love going in for my weekly appointment. Nurse Nicole is wonderful, very personable and is always ready to answer any questions I might have. The receptionist Annie is the best! She has been most generous with her time and understanding if I've had to change an appointment last minute or even come later in the day. I consider them my ladies! The office is very accommodating and I would and have recommended this office and service to anyone asking how I have lost so much weight this past year.
