We offer an Ozempic treatment in our Agoura Hills, CA clinic under the supervision of Physician Dr. Michael Rankin MD, board-certified in internal medicine, and Kristina Dino, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

While we recommend in-person visits when possible, we do offer remote appointments and can ship injections for those who are a qualified candidate for Ozempic.

What is Ozempic Approved for

Ozempic is approved to treat diabetes and lower A1C and cardiovascular risk. It has not been approved solely for weight loss, but studies have shown that users regularly lose body weight, and it can be prescribed off-label.

Wegovy is the same drug product but also contains GLP-1, with slightly different doses than Ozempic. It was approved by the FDA for weight loss in 2021.
